YMCA Cornwall in Penzance is looking for a part-time Housing Support Officer to join our dedicated team. This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to be a turning point in a young person’s life.

In this role, you will:

• Empower young people at risk of homelessness (aged 16-24) to secure and maintain stable housing.
• Guide them towards independence by helping with finances, tenancy agreements, and finding long-term accommodation.
• Work as part of a supportive team, providing one-on-one help and connecting young residents with vital resources.
• Location: YMCA Cornwall, Penzance
• Salary: £28326 – £30084 pro rata subject to performance review
• Hours: 28 hours per week on a shift pattern
