Raise The Roof Fundraising Appeal

MORRIS HOUSE NEEDS A NEW ROOF – CAN YOU HELP?

DONATE TO OUR “RAISE THE ROOF” FUNDRAISING APPEAL TODAY!

In response to the ever-growing need for supported accommodation in our local area, we converted our obsolete sports hall to create “Morris House” comprising 20 new self-contained flats for vulnerable young people who have been homeless, sofa-surfing, rough sleeping or at risk.

Now we urgently need a new roof.

Although renovations to the roof have taken place over the years, it has now come to the end of its life and needs a complete overhaul. We have received quotes of £100,000 to do the necessary repair work.

As a local independent charity, we rely on grants and donations to fund much of our work. Any donation you can give will help, no matter how small.

To make a donation please visit our fundraising page:

Thank you for your support.

Are you a local business who might be able to help fundraise for YMCA Cornwall this year?
Could you and your colleagues take part in charity fun-runs or sleepouts, organise cake sales or fancy dress days to help raise funds?
Do you have space to put up a fundraising poster in your window, office or back of the loo doors?

If you are a local business who can help raise funds or support our charity in kind, please get in touch, we would love to hear from you.

We are an independent local charity and rely on grants and donations to fund much of our work. Every penny helps provide support and accommodation for vulnerable young people in Cornwall.
